PEMBERDAYAAN UMKM DENGAN SISTEM INFORMASI BISNIS UNTUK MENINGKATKAN DAYA SAING DI ERA DIGITAL ECONOMY MELAUI E-COMMERCE & MARKETPLACE INTEGRATION
Abstrak
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in Indonesia’s economic development but still face challenges such as manual bookkeeping, limited market access, and low digital literacy. This Community Service Program (PkM) aimed to empower grocery-store-based MSMEs through the implementation of a Business Information System integrated with e-commerce and marketplace platforms. The methods applied included observation, training, system implementation, mentoring, and evaluation using digital literacy pre-test and post-test, satisfaction questionnaires, and transaction data analysis. The results showed a significant improvement in partners’ digital literacy (Sig. 0.000 < 0.05), high satisfaction levels (mean > 4, α = 0.87), and an increase in daily transactions from 20 to 28 after system implementation (Sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Thus, the application of business information systems has proven effective in enhancing operational efficiency, expanding market access, and strengthening MSMEs’ competitiveness in the digital economy era.
